Warrior Soft-Sided Shelter

The Warrior PS90 soft-sided shelter with flex header is made to air ride trailers. The header can flex up or down by 7 inches. Modular design offers flexibility and ease of maintenance where the face curtain can be easily replaced independently outside the top or sides of the head curtain. This ability to move will add greatly to a dock seal head curtain’s life expectancy. Structural  Reinforced Fiberglass and galvanized steel construction make for years of corrosion-free operation since FRP does not rust like spring steel.

SHELTER HEAD FRAME:

Warrior header is self-supporting and Does Not “Rest” on top of the soft-sided shelter. Structural  Reinforced Fiberglass (SRF) and galvanized steel construction mean years of corrosion-free operation.

SHELTER HEAD CURTAIN:

Warrior header is self-supporting and replaceable. The head curtain velcros to the support system of the header for fast and easy replacement.

SIDE CURTAINS:

Same fabric as the head curtain. Extra wear area on the bottom of curtains at critical truck contact areas.

FOAM EDGE:

Fabric covered foam strip on the leading edge of side curtains for a snug fit against trailer sides.

GUIDE PATCH:

18oz  yellow guide patch that is 12” tall and is placed 9’ on center for accurate truck positioning.

BOTTOM DRAFT CUSHIONS:

Foam filled to seal off the bottom of shelter.  Independent of side curtains for an easy and economical replacement.  “NO STEP” printed on the cushion for safety purposes.

SIDE FRAME:

Foam filled side pads, high-density full memory foam with 2” x 6” or 8” wide pressure treated backboards.

DECLINE OR INCLINE:

Tapered dock shelter projections are available to accommodate inclined or declined approaches.
