TRAFFIC DOOR PRODUCT WARRANTY
Perma Tech, Inc. warrants that the material and workmanship in any Impact Traffic Door manufactured by Perma Tech, Inc. will not fail for a period of one year from the date of shipment if properly installed and maintained and used within the parameters of reasonable and prudent use.
In the event of any defects covered by this warranty, Perma Tech will remedy such defects by repairing or replacing any defective equipment bearing all the costs for parts and transportation or, at Perma Tech’s option, refunding that portion of the original purchase price for the unit excluding installation, freight, and tax. This shall be the exclusive remedy for all claims whether based on contract negligence or strict liability.
PERMA TECH, INC. SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF ANY EQUIPMENT OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
PERMA TECH, INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCANTABILITY AND FITNESS.
